The first time I ever made this chili was the night of a snowstorm. My husband was outside clearing our driveway. I knew he would come in cold and hungry – and I knew I needed him to get warm and full before he noticed that he was the only one outside shoveling! Since this chili only takes half an hour to prepare and I always have the ingredients on hand (seriously – there are only four ingredients plus water), it’s perfect for a last-minute supper on a cold day. There’s nothing like sitting down to a bowl of perfectly seasoned chili to warm you up – and there’s nothing like preparing a hearty, healthy dinner in 30 minutes!

Tips:
- The recipe easily doubles or triples for larger groups.
- Top with a dollop of prepared Wahoo! Chili Dip.
- For a sweeter chili, use canned pork and beans in place of kidney beans.
- Make it spicier by adding Fiesta Party Dip Mix®.
- Garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese and chopped fresh cilantro on top of the Wahoo! Dip.
- Use ground turkey or cooked chicken in place of the ground beef.
- Excellent with a side of Bountiful Corn Bread.
