Testing Notes:
- Sear steaks over medium-high heat on the grill, then reduce heat or move steaks to a cooler part of the grill to finish cooking.
- Let steaks stand for 5-7 minutes before serving to help keep them juicy.
- Resist the temptation to cut into steaks to see if they’re done. Cutting them lets out a lot of the good juices.
- For Tex-Mex Steaks, use prepared Simply Salsa™ or Vine-Ripened Salsa in place of the Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix. Season the steaks with Simply Southwest Seasoning & Rub in place of the Italian Seasoning Salt.
