Christmas Morning Slow Cooker Egg Bake
Early Christmas morning, we’ll be lured out of bed with the promise of Santa’s loot and the aroma of egg bake wafting from the slow cooker. With fuzzy jammies, bed head, love, laughter and a good measure of gratitude … we will celebrate. I wish the very same for you and yours – big hugs to you this Christmas.

Pesto Pizza
I’ve learned that like life, cooking is all about adapting. Theodore Roosevelt perhaps said it best – “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.” I found Beth Wiggans’ recipe for Tomato Pesto Tart on our website, because I had some leftover pesto, a sheet of puff pastry and a hungry family. The resulting Pesto Pizza was so easy, so tasty and fun to make!

I love meals that come together quickly. So loaded potatoes are a go-to. No fancy ingredients, no planning ahead, no huge pile of dishes after. Use a big enough potato and it’s a meal; use a smaller potato and it’s a perfect side dish!
