Now the rush is over, and we can relax as a family. We live in Minnesota, where it’s quite cold and likely to get worse, so comfort food is the order of the day. Baked pasta dishes are perfect. Here’s my secret – I like to brown up a bunch of hamburger and then divide it into baggies or plastic containers to make the next hot dish (or casserole, if you prefer) even easier.
