Testing Notes
- Be sure the cheese ball mixture is well chilled. You could even put it in the freezer for a few minutes to make the eggs easier to handle.
- Serve the eggs on a cute platter with whole, fresh strawberries.
- Make them smaller than an actual hard-boiled egg to spread the joy.
- The eggs are delicious spread on graham crackers or cubed Absolutely Almond Pound Cake™.
- For a fun alternative, roll the eggs in toasted flaked coconut or finely chopped pecans.
- Use the reserved crumbs from Packet 2 on top of yogurt, ice cream or fruit salad.
