Chocolate and coffee: truly a match made in heaven. Mocha-blended drinks are so trendy, and with good reason! This one gives you a double shot of coffee for a splendid treat.
Mocha Mocha Chip Frappé
- 8 Tbsp. (1/2 cup) Mocha Chip Frappé™ Drink Mix
- 5 oz. cold coffee
- 1½ cups ice cubes
Combine ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Makes 2 (8 oz.) servings.
Testing Notes
- There are actual chocolate chips in the mix that will stay a little crunchy in the frappé.
- Make a double batch and use 1 cup frappé mix, 5 oz. cold coffee, 5 oz. heavy cream and 3 cups ice cubes. Depending on the size of your blender, you may have to blend this in 2 batches.
- Of course, a little splash of Irish cream liqueur or amaretto liqueur would take this to new heights.
