A friend of mine just posted on Facebook that she finally has the well-stocked bar of her dreams. Me, I have a semi-hidden bottle of vodka in the freezer for when Mommy needs a break. Since I’m one of those women who likes cocktails that are pretty and sweet, I sometimes envy the well-stocked bar. But I do have orange juice – so I’m just moments away from a tasty Crantini! This is a drink that’s perfect in a chilled highball glass garnished with orange peel for entertaining – or perfect in a juice glass after the kids are FINALLY asleep.
