Baby it’s hot outside and this icy chocolate drink is a cool way to get some relief from the heat. My family and I spend a lot of time on the weekends entertaining guests and I’m always searching for fun, new drinks to serve. Even though it’s hot we love to enjoy the outdoors and there is nothing like sitting in the shade on a hot day enjoying an icy cold beverage. This drink is great in the afternoon, early evening or as an after-dinner drink. Who doesn’t love to drink their dessert! The best part about this recipe is you can forego the liqueur and serve the frappe to anyone. This is a special treat for my kids, it’s quick and easy to make and I don’t have to jump in a hot vehicle to make the trek to the ice cream parlor.
